Employment Solicitor - Legal 500Salary: £40-65,000 DOE and PQELocation: Bristol - Hybrid

OVERVIEWThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Legal 500 firm in Bristol as an Employment Solicitor. The position offers a challenging and rewarding environment for professionals passionate about employment law. While the focus is on expense insurer files, the role also provides opportunities to engage in non-contentious work.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims* Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements and advising on settlement agreements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary* Complying with insurer service level agreements* Supporting the employment team with non-contentious work, including provision of contractual documentation, handbooks and other employment documentation, together with provision of reactive and proactive employment advice to commercial clients, including telephone advice

* Participating in marketing initiatives, including writing updates on employment law and providing training sessions to clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* Qualified solicitor, Barrister or chartered Legal Executive. NQ+* Experience handling own caseload within employment law

* Ability to take full responsibility for cases and strategy (subject to supervisory and group support)
