Employment Solicitor – BristolÂ
My client is a top tier Legal 100 law firm that is hiring in its employment department for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE. This team is ranked in legal directories who act for a broad range of employers across the private and public sectors.
The role
- Work across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Advise clients in sectors such as health, local government, housing, higher education and financial services
- Manage your own caseload and assist on larger, complex cases with colleagues
What experience is needed
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQEÂ
- Strong Employment law knowledge, including advisory and Employment Tribunal experience
- Ability to advise on policies, TUPE, senior exits, restructures and due diligence
- Excellent client skills and a commercial, collaborative approach
