What you'll do:

As a Family Solicitor, you will be crucial to;

  • Manage a diverse case load of Family matters
  • Expand the department through effective team leadership and business expansion
  • Address client consultations in-person and via telephone and email
  • Compose, negotiate, and review court documents such as pleadings or witness statements
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers
  • Serve as a team leader for future junior members of the team
  • Educate and mentor junior members of the team to develop their skills and experience

What you bring:

As an experienced Family Solicitor, you bring;

  • Certified Family Solicitor with minimum 2 years experience in Family Law
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in negotiation, debate and persuasion techniques
  • Robust business expansion skills
  • Interest in mentoring and developing junior staff members
