What you'll do:
As a Family Solicitor, you will be crucial to;
- Manage a diverse case load of Family matters
- Expand the department through effective team leadership and business expansion
- Address client consultations in-person and via telephone and email
- Compose, negotiate, and review court documents such as pleadings or witness statements
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers
- Serve as a team leader for future junior members of the team
- Educate and mentor junior members of the team to develop their skills and experience
What you bring:
As an experienced Family Solicitor, you bring;
- Certified Family Solicitor with minimum 2 years experience in Family Law
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in negotiation, debate and persuasion techniques
- Robust business expansion skills
- Interest in mentoring and developing junior staff members
