This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely within the education sector, advising on liability risks and defending civil compensation claims - many of which are uninsured. Youll manage a broad and stimulating caseload, including pre-action strategy, risk mitigation, and active claims handling. Much of the work is high-profile, often touching on sensitive issues such as abuse and vicarious liability.
The team is part of a thriving Regulatory, Risk & Resolution practice, led by an established Partner, and experience in insurance, public liability, or professional indemnity work is ideal.
