- The firm is seeking exceptional senior solicitors with significant transactional experience in the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a solid foundation in corporate M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring work.
- Experience with infrastructure funds and energy corporates is highly desirable for this role.
- The position offers autonomy in handling complex work while mentoring junior colleagues and includes extensive learning opportunities.

Youll advise a prestigious client base on high-value cross-border matters across the full range of asset classes - renewables, conventional power, oil & gas, mining, digital infrastructure and more.
With aminimum of 5years' PQE, you'll have a solid foundation in corporate M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring work. Experience working with or opposite infrastructure funds and energy corporates is highly desirable.
You'll have the autonomy to handle complex work while also mentoring junior colleagues.
