Manage a broad and varied caseload, including: • Sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build) • Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and lease extensions • Right to buy transactions • Take ownership of files from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients throughout the process • Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment across 12 offices in the region
