They are currently seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join their expanding team, based in either Bristol or Reading.Your new roleJoining an established yet growing team, this corporate lawyer role will enable you to work for a firm with a demonstrably different ethos. You can look forward to advising a stellar client list on a broad range of matters, including corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements, both within the UK and on a cross-border basis. Working across a national team, you will be able to partner closely with key clients. You will also be training and mentoring more junior team members and leading teams on multidisciplinary projects in the UK and internationally.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a corporate solicitor with significant experience, operating at Associate/Senior Associate level and upwards.
