Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the legal team
  • Assist fee earners with financial tasks including disbursements, client balances, and billing
  • Prepare and issue monthly client invoices
  • Manage diaries, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate venues
  • Proofread and format legal and non-legal documents to house style standards

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload independently
  • Confidence in delegating tasks when appropriate
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or within a legal environment is preferred
