We're looking for a skilled professional to join a leading UK Advisory & Restructuring firm with a growing Bristol team, specialising in contentious insolvency matters.

About the Role:As a Senior Case Administrator focusing on contentious insolvency, you'll take a leading role in managing detailed investigations into corporate and personal insolvency cases. This position combines technical casework with leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategy and mentor junior team members. Your work will play a critical role in uncovering misconduct, maximising asset recoveries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Independently manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases, from initiation through to closure.

  • Conduct in-depth investigations into company finances, director behaviour, and asset recoveries, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.

  • Support a high-performing team by contributing to strategy discussions and sharing best practices.

  • Ensure full adherence to statutory regulations and internal processes.

  • Communicate effectively with a range of parties including legal advisors, financial institutions, creditors, and debtors.

  • Contribute to internal initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team development.

  • Participate in business development efforts and represent the firm at professional events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in corporate insolvency with experience leading case investigations.

  • Confident analysing financial information and identifying potential areas of concern.

  • Sound knowledge of insolvency laws and regulatory frameworks.

  • Skilled in using insolvency software (e.g., IPS) and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings clearly.

  • Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • CPI qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
