Senior Architect - AJ100 Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy

I'm seeking am Experienced Senior Architect who wants to progress their career, working in a tight-knit team. Sectors include Workplace, Residential & Master Planning, Education, Defence plus others

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Demonstrate expertise in both design development and technical detailing
  • Communicating concepts through verbal presentations, graphic representation, and written documentation
  • Delivering comprehensive technical drawing packages and writing detailed specifications
  • Application of logical, solution-focused thinking to address design challenges, manage budgets, and meet strict deadlines
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of planning applications and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations
  • Conducting on-site inspections to monitor construction quality and ensure alignment with design intent
  • Possess a thorough understanding of current UK building standards and industry best practices
  • Build and nurture client relationships, identifying new opportunities to provide value
  • Support business development initiatives, contributing to the growth of the practice through active engagement and insight

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • UK recognised part 3 qualification and registered with ARB
  • 5-7 + years of UK experience
  • Experienced working in Defence, Education or Commercial projects (desirable)
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD software
  • Strong technical knowledge and design capabilities working across all RIBA stages
  • A commercially minded approach with a passion for winning work and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and team management
