Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop the CSM commercial pipeline
Provide expert commercial advice on procurement strategies
Support complex end-to-end procurement activities
Conduct supply market analysis and stakeholder engagement
Manage supplier contracts and contribute to programme planning
Essential Experience:
Public sector procurement and knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023
Experience with CCS Frameworks and supporting large-scale sourcing
Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Desirable:
Knowledge of QDCs or Oracle Fusion
Experience in secure environments
MCIPS or studying towards
