Copello is seeking a commercial officer for a 3-month contract based in either Bristol or London on a hybrid work model.
Candidates must possess active SC Clearance to be eligible for this role.
The position involves maintaining the commercial pipeline, providing procurement advice, and managing supplier contracts.
Essential experience includes public sector procurement knowledge, familiarity with CCS Frameworks, and strong stakeholder management skills.
The role offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Copello is looking to recruit a commercial officer for an initial 3 month contract based either out of Bristol or London on a hybrid basis.

Candidates must have active SC Clearance to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop the CSM commercial pipeline
Provide expert commercial advice on procurement strategies
Support complex end-to-end procurement activities
Conduct supply market analysis and stakeholder engagement
Manage supplier contracts and contribute to programme planning

Essential Experience:

Public sector procurement and knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023
Experience with CCS Frameworks and supporting large-scale sourcing
Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Desirable:

Knowledge of QDCs or Oracle Fusion
Experience in secure environments
MCIPS or studying towards
