Role Overview
MG Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support operational activity at our Bristol site for a two-week period. The role will involve overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of transport, warehouse, and supply chain activities, and maintaining a high level of service delivery during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation.

Oversee warehouse processes, stock movements, and order fulfilment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate schedules, vehicle routing, and resource allocation.

Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Monitor performance metrics and provide status updates to management.

Support temporary staff and ensure clear communication across the team.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Knowledge of transport planning and warehouse systems.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing situations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with logistics/ERP software and MS Office tools.

Immediate availability from October 20th, 2025 for a 2-week assignment.
