We are currently seeking a Construction Site Administrator to join a dynamic project team on a busy construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in construction administration to support the successful delivery of a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support

    • Assist the Site Manager with daily administrative tasks including meeting coordination, diary management, and report preparation.

  • Documentation Management

    • Maintain and update essential project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible.

  • Compliance and Regulations

    • Support the team in adhering to building codes, health & safety standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

  • Communication and Coordination

    • Act as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare and issue weekly and monthly reports, compile project data, and assist in identifying risks or potential delays.

  • Project Planning and Scheduling

    • Work closely with the site team to support the development and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a construction or project-based administrative role is highly desirable

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office and project management tools

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
