A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a corporate law administrator to join a leading corporate law service provider based in BS16.

This role has the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week and the hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday 

Our Technical Department deals with the following:•    Share restructures (creation of multiple share types)•    Reduction of Share Capital•    Share for Share Exchange•    Purchase of own Shares•    Company Restorations•    Agreements

The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and be computer literate. Experience in corporate law is highly desirable but not essential, as is a minimum of one year’s office experience.

Responsibilities will include:-•    Advising and quoting clients of our services•    Preparation of legal documents e.g. board minutes, resolutions, draft new articles, Companies House forms.•    Preparation of share certificates, CS01s and PSC changes•    Sending out drafted documents to clients•    Responding to client technical/corporate law queries•    Answering phone calls 

The job holder would work alongside the director and the technical team – they will learn about the different types of share restructures and, following training etc., progress onto preparing share restructure paperwork and dealing with clients and Companies House.We are committed to providing full training for this role, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.The job is full time (35 hour week), hours of work would be Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with the option of doing a combination of some office/home working.   We are offering a salary of £25,000 to £26,000p.a. plus company pension and healthcare on completion of a probationary period – 22 days annual leave, increasing 1 day each year to a maximum of 30 days.
