Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking property lettings company, with the appointment of a Lettings Administrator to join their team. 2025 is going to be an incredibly exciting for them, with so many plans already on the horizon, making this the perfect time to join!The Lettings Administrator ensures a smooth lettings process for landlords and tenants by managing key administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible hybrid working up to 2 days per week.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data systems and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Oversee the tenancy lifecycle, from onboarding landlords and marketing properties to tenancy progression and renewals
  • Conduct tenant referencing, right-to-rent checks, and issue legal notices
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
  • Coordinate property maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Set up and manage utility accounts, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Audit workflows, update standard operating procedures, and ensure best practices are followed
  • Handle deposit registrations and manage end-of-tenancy processes, including inspections and deposit returns
  • Assist with rent collections, arrears management, and financial record-keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Key Skills:

  • 1-2 years in residential lettings and 2 years in administration
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
