Groundworks Site Manager Needed

Outsource is currently seeking a Groundworks Site Manager for a project in Bristol starting as soon as possible

Start: ASAP
Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (possible Saturday works)

Pay rate: £250 - £400 DOE

Duties include:

- Ensure design compliance to all relevant standards in conjunction with the Technical
Design team and/or advice from 3 rd parties where necessary.
- Manage budget and Procurement Schedule
- Compiling enquiry documents and sending to supply chain for pricing
- Negotiate with sub-contractors to create fixed price work packages, minimising financial risk
to the business.
- Management and delegation of Project Assistant’s to assist in the process.
- Controlling and reporting on project programme, lead-times and milestones.
- Proactively assist with expanding our supply chain.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• SMSTS/NVQ

• Right to work (Share code)

• Previous experience 

• 2 relevant references from previous employers confirming your experience
