The company is an established regional Main Contractor specializing in various sectors including Commercial New Build and Residential, with project values typically up to 30M.
This position arises from continued regional growth and the award of new projects for 2026.
Candidates should have a strong Main Contractor background with relevant project experience, overseeing projects valued between 20M and 40M.
A relevant degree and Construction Certification are essential, with the salary for this role being competitive based on experience.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to30M.

This requirement is due to continued regional growth and the award of several new projects for 2026.

My client are looking for a candidate with agood Main Contractor background and project experience that is relevant to the above. You will have overseen the Operational and Deliveryelements of individual or multiple simultaneous projects, valued from 20M - 40M.

You will have support in the form of an existing Operational team, whilst reporting into an Operations Director.

Relevant degree level qualifications and Construction Certification is essential.
