Site Manager

Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Site Manager on a permanent or contract-basis to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester, with the initial site in Bristol. The company delivers high-security construction projects across the UK and internationally, with clients spanning both the public and private sectors. Schemes typically range in value from 50k to 10M+, covering complex refurbishments, secure fit-outs and bespoke new builds. As such, the candidate will be required to obtain security clearance - more details at interview stage.

The successful candidate will lead and manage construction projects within secure environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, security, and quality.

• Salary: 55k - 65k

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Work with the commercial team on budgets and procurement plans.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, health and safety regulations, and secure environment protocols.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within secure, defence, or complex MEPH environments
• Prior experience using Microsoft Project
• Already obtained/willing to obtain Security Clearance
• CSCS Black Card or equivalent
• SMSTS Certification
• Strong Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and project management.
• Full UK Driver's License and willing to commute to site.
