Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations for a live public sector project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in healthcare or hospital construction environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor site activities in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Review and approve RAMS/SSOW and ensure adherence to required standards.
- Monitor costs, quality, and progress; report regularly.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in construction site management, ideally in live public sector environments (e.g., hospitals or healthcare).
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Contract Details:
- Day Rate: Starting from 300 per day (dependent on experience).
- Duration: Initial 6 months.
- Start: Within 2-3 weeks.
