Your Day-to-Day:
- Running end-to-end digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Creating and scheduling high-impact content that drives engagement
- Owning community management and building our social audience
- Analysing performance and making data-driven improvements
- Managing Meta Business Suite & TikTok Ads to reach the right people
- Spotting trends and identifying new growth opportunities
- Supporting marketing events and helping our venues shine online
About You:
- 2+ years in a digital or social media role
- Proven experience across PPC, SEO, email & content creation
- A sharp eye for design (Photoshop skills = a big plus)
- Confidence using Hootsuite, Meta Ads, and TikTok Manager
- Creative, self-motivated, and always up-to-date with what's trending
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to monitor and respond on socials beyond 9-5
