We are seeking an experienced and talented Building Services Electrical Engineer to join our team at a Principal, or Associate level. You will fill a key gap in our electrical team, bridging the space between our Partners and our engineering team. This is a crucial role with significant responsibility and a clear path for future career progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities
路Take the lead on and run a number of projects, taking responsibility from the Partners.
路Act as a primary client-facing contact.
路Provide strong technical leadership and guidance.
路Delegate tasks and manage the workload of three junior electrical building services engineers.
About You
路A solid, technically proficient engineer at a Senior, Principal, or Associate level.
路Experienced in running jobs and comfortable in a client-facing role.
路Capable of delegating work and mentoring junior engineers.
路While not essential, an interest in business development is welcome. Alternatively, you can focus on becoming a technical lead.
