My client, a national company providing an end-to-end service, will be responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of substations across the South West and Wales. As Project Engineeryou will:
- Be the technical coordinator across the full project lifecycle
- Manage the design process ensuring key milestones are met.
- Liaise with Planners and the site delivery team, updating project programmes
- Work with TWCs and TWSs and support them throughout the project
Our client requires a Project Engineer with:
- HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Have experience within design, construction and management.
- Experience in Utility/Electrical Transmission environment
- A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.
- Understanding of Temporary Works and BS5975 classifications
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary and benefits include:
- 50,000 - 60,000 per annum
- Company vehicle or car allowance
- Attractive benefits package including private healthcare, life assurance, up to 8% employer pension, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
