What you will be doing

Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, and ensuring their objectives are met.

Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client objectives and drive measurable results. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and create tailored strategies that deliver impact.

Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, including strategy and creative to develop and implement integrated campaigns. You will leverage the expertise of various departments to create cohesive and effective communication campaigns.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with detailed insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. You will analyse data, track key performance indicators, and ensure campaigns are optimized for success.

Identify opportunities for account growth,you will proactively seek out ways to expand existing accounts, contributing to the agency’s overall growth and success.

The experience you will need

It is essential you have experience working within an agency environment.

While experience in a communications agency is highly desirable, it’s not essential.

You may be an established Senior Account Manager ready to step up, or could be already operating at Account Director level.
