Your Role Will Include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 in line with the national curriculum

  • Creating a stimulating and caring classroom where children feel safe, seen, and inspired to learn

  • Supporting pupils’ academic progress alongside their social and emotional development

  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to ensure consistency and collaboration

  • Upholding and promoting the school’s inclusive values in every aspect of teaching and learning

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS or PGCE with recent KS1 teaching experience

  • A kind, warm, and nurturing approach with excellent classroom management

  • High expectations for both yourself and your pupils, driving consistent progress

  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to whole-school life

  • Commitment to inclusion and a genuine belief in every child’s potential

  • Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Two references from recent educational settings
