Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons rooted in curiosity and creativity

• Nurturing a classroom culture that celebrates individuality, exploration, and kindness

• Supporting children’s development across communication, literacy, and social skills

• Working collaboratively with early years staff, SENCOs, and leadership to support each child’s growth

• Contributing to the wider life of the school and modelling positive relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching in EYFS or KS1

• A warm, imaginative, and child-centred approach to teaching

• Confidence managing behaviour with calmness and empathy

• A reflective, growth-minded attitude with a love for continuous learning

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
