Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is working closely with a well-regarded primary school in Bristol that is urgently seeking a Qualified KS2 Teacher (QTS) for an immediate or fast-approaching start. The school is looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident to provide stability within Key Stage 2.

As a Qualified Teacher, you will:
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
• Have experience managing challenging behaviour
• Hold a full Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
• Provide two references from educational settings
• Have proven experience teaching within KS2 (KS1 experience advantageous)
• Demonstrate strong classroom management with a calm, consistent approach
• Bring a warm, supportive presence to the classroom

• A confident KS2 teacher who can quickly establish routines and expectations
• Someone who sets high standards and delivers purposeful, engaging lessons
• A motivated and reliable educator who brings energy and professionalism
• A team player who contributes positively to the wider school community
