  • Make high volumes of outbound calls to book appointments for awaiting customers.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently across multiple calendars.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the scheduling system.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Support administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and report generation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based scheduling or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel).
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
