Due to team growth and internal promotions, Reed have partnered with a national law firm, supporting with the hire of a Front of House Office Coordinator to join their team in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.

40 hour working week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm/8:30am – 5:30pm (hour for lunch) with some flexibility required on occasion for any breakfast/evening events.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a front of house position, incorporating facilities, office administration, and reception duties.

Working alongside the main Receptionist and Facilities Manager, the Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing a variety of tasks.

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience

Duties:

  • Coordinate office facilities and work with external contractors to ensure efficient operation.
  • Ensure the office complies with all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Meet and greet visitors, providing a professional first impression.
  • Organise meeting rooms and manage schedules to accommodate office needs.
  • Handle travel bookings and coordinate logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Perform a range of general office and administrative duties to support daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role involving front of house, facilities, and administrative responsibilities, ideally in a professional services setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
