It will be a standalone role, but working closely with the Directors, you’ll take ownership for the entire social media presence from creating strategy, planning, copywriting, content creation, scheduling and performance tracking.
The role will ideally be office-based for the most part as you’ll be collaborating with the team and will naturally WANT to be in the thick of the creative buzz to get the most out of the content!

- 5+ years’ experience managing social media for a consumer brand
- Strong awareness of what's trending
- Confident briefing and working with creators/influencers to capture content
- Be happy to execute content yourself
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a love for storytelling
- Analytical mindset—you love reviewing metrics and optimising content performance
- Deep understanding of what drives engagement and growth organically
- If you have experience of using Canva editing, reels, or CapCut, that would be a bonus.
The role:
- Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
- Storyboard and brief content creators, ensuring output aligns with brand goals and current trends
- Write all copy for posts, captions, and stories in brand tone of voice
- Plan and schedule content using tools like Later, Planoly, or similar
- Track and analyse performance - adjust strategy based on insights and what's performing commercially
- Stay up to date with social trends, meme culture, audio, and emerging content formats
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams around launches, events, and campaigns
- Help shape how the brand shows up during key moments (festivals, drops, activations).
You’ll need your transport as it’s not brilliant for public transport links.
