- Handle client queries, manage invoices, and deal with post.
- Engage in problem-solving and provider relationship building
- Conducting folder preparation
- Manage the entire renewal process including chasing/downloading terms
- Contact providers, negotiate discounts, and handle variations.
- Manage filing and folders.
- Proven experience in managing customer administration processes and maintaining databases.
- Ability to handle a range of different tasks and projects, prioritize workload effectively, and work independently when needed.
- Strong client/partner focus and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and confidence in hosting video/face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Self-motivated with good analytical skills.
