Our client, a large independent haulier, is seeking HGV 1 Day Drivers for their Avonmouth Depot, focusing on delivering and collecting bulk loads of chilled goods.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of Class 1 commercial driving experience and offers flexible working hours, with shifts typically starting between 07:00am and 09:00am, Monday to Friday.
Drivers will be compensated at a rate of £17 per hour on weekdays, with higher pay rates of £18 on Saturdays and £19 on Sundays under PAYE.
This is a temporary contract, but successful candidates may have the opportunity for permanent positions after a trial period, along with benefits such as 28 days annual leave and a 'Driver of the Quarter' award.

Our client, a large independent haulier that operates a fleet of temperature controlled double deck trailers, are looking for HGV 1 Day Drivers to work out of their Avonmouth Depot.Your main duties will include delivering and collecting bulk loads of palletised chilled goods to and from end customers including depot to depot, RDC’s and food companies. Drop and swop or live loaded.This is a temporary contract.
