From initial advice to final outcome, you'll lead each case with confidence and professionalism-ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.What you'll need to succeedThis 3-month interim assignment requires someone with a strong HR background in ER and case work who will hit the ground running, manage a busy caseload independently, and make an immediate impact. Your key attributes will be:
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks.
- Effective communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to commit to a 3-month period in the assignment.
