We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Temporary HR/Payroll Administrator to join a supportive and collaborative HR team based in North Bristol. This varied role will involve providing administrative support across the HR admin function, with some involvement in the company’s payroll processes.
This is a hybrid role, typically 3 days in the office (Mon-Weds preferred, but flexible) and 2 days from home. The contract is for an initial 2-month period, with the potential to be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily HR administrative tasks
- Assisting with input into the payroll system
- Providing flexible support across the wider HR admin team
- Managing ad hoc admin duties as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in HR, payroll, or a busy administrative environment
- A positive, adaptable approach and a willingness to pitch in where needed
- Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills

- Location: North Bristol (Chipping Sodbury area)
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
- Rate: £15.12 per hour
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Minimum 2 months, with the possibility of extension
