  • Schedule repairs and tasks for on-site teams
  • Keep residents informed every step of the way
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of actions and conversations
  • Spot and act on Health & Safety concerns
  • Handle enquiries via email, phone, and text
  • Raise repair orders, book appointments, and coordinate site visits

What You'll Bring:
