The client is a multi-disciplinary Main Contractor with a solid reputation and an annual turnover exceeding £800 million.
The project involves a £40 million new build and refurbishment, converting an existing building into student accommodation.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in new build, refurbishment, and main contracting, with a proven track record in delivering similar developments.

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint an Engineer with immediate effect for a scheme in Bristol.

My client are a multi disciplinary Main Contractor, with a solid reputation spanning manysectors and an 800m+ turnover.

This opportunity is in relation to the below project:

40M - New Build / Refurbishment
Conversion of existing building into Student Accommodation
3 Storey Steel Frame erected on top of exisiting structure

The ideal candidate for the rolewill have good New Build, Refurbishment, and Main Contractor experience, with a proven work history of delivering such developments.
