Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be partnering with an award-winning business based in Central Bristol.
Our client is looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Assistant to join their busy team for 10-11 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Invoice, expenses and credit card processing and payment
- Collating monthly payroll data and entering into Sage Payroll
- Supporting the Finance Manager in the preparation of data for the audit and statutory accounts
- Managing changes to employee pension scheme for salary changes, salary sacrifice selections etc
- Updating accruals and prepayments and posting relevant journals in Sage Intacct
Key skills:
- Experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Sage
- Payroll experience is beneficial
