Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be supporting a successful, local business with their search for a Payroll Administrator.
The business is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented payroll specialist with strong administration skills to join their busy team.
This role will suit somebody with a background in payroll who is looking to add variety to their workday whilst growing their existing skill set.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records, including hours worked, leave, and benefits administration.
- Liaise with the finance team to resolve payroll queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Director and internal teams to ensure seamless administration.
- Support in forming commercial reports, analysing data, and gathering information.
- Assist with invoice processing and financial reconciliations.
