Salary: 30,000 basic + OTE 40,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 6.00pm (no weekends)



The Opportunity

An award-winning lettings business is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join its busy Kingswood branch. Covering Kingswood, Downend, and Redfield, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to take ownership of growth in a thriving market.



Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate rental valuations and secure new instructions

  • Drive new business across managed and let-only portfolios

  • Build and nurture long-term landlord relationships

  • Manage negotiations, offers, and landlord-tenant queries professionally

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations within your area of responsibility

  • Implement strategies to boost performance and market share

  • Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performing office culture

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, systems, and processes

  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and growth targets



Candidate Profile

  • Confident, commercially minded, and passionate about property

  • Experience in valuations, instructions, and negotiations within lettings

  • A relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • A driven self-starter and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic

  • Knowledgeable in current lettings legislation and compliance (or eager to learn)
