We're searching for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Valuer to join a well-established, award-winning lettings team based in Clifton. Covering key areas such as Clifton, the City Centre, Henleaze, and Westbury-on-Trym, this role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in lettings, valuations, and landlord relationship management, looking to step up into a high-impact position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out rental valuations and securing new landlord instructions

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords

  • Actively generating new business and increasing portfolio size

  • Managing the full lettings process including offers, negotiations, and compliance

  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

  • Leading from the front and contributing ideas to support business growth

  • Keeping current with lettings legislation and applying it in daily practice

  • Hitting performance targets and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • At least 12 months' experience in a lettings environment with valuation exposure

  • A proactive, commercially-minded attitude with strong communication skills

  • The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Confidence in client-facing scenarios and a consultative sales approach

  • A collaborative mindset with leadership potential as the team grows

  • Professional presentation, strong attention to detail, and sound organisational skills

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
