We are seeking a skilled Plasterer in Bristol to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering techniques and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working on the refurb of offices involving dot & dab. This will be on going work to start Wednesday 07/05/2025.
Responsibilities
- Apply plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents as necessary.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired results.
- Work alongside other construction professionals, including bricklayers and carpenters, to coordinate tasks.
- Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation of plasterboard where necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and masonry techniques is required.
- Ability to work at heights, including roofs, safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Plasterer Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Blue CSCS Card
- Must be able to provide references from previous employers
- Valid ID/Passport
- Full PPE
