Role Overview:

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all our teaching staff meet the necessary regulatory requirements and standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Vetting: Conducting thorough checks, including Right to Work, DBS, qualifications, declarations, CV, and referencing.

  • Documentation Management: Opening new candidate files and maintaining existing ones, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Support & Communication: Guiding candidates through the compliance process, providing clear instructions and support to achieve approval status.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of candidates.

What We're Looking For:

While prior experience in compliance administration, especially within the education or recruitment sector, is advantageous, it's not essential. We value:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all compliance checks are thorough and accurate.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with candidates and internal teams.
