We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Severn Beach, near Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children across all phases of learning, helping them to access education in a way that suits their needs.
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, UK
Salary: 90 - 100 per day (dependent on experience, including holiday pay)
Contract Type: Term Time Only, Full-Time
Start Date: 1st September 2025

Primary Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
- Support pupils in the classroom across all primary year groups
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
- Assist with behaviour regulation using restorative practices
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning support
- Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential
Requirements:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent
- A kind, patient, and compassionate approach
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Desire to make a positive difference in the community
