Key responsibilities of a Lead Process Engineer:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil works.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards.

• Partner with commercial teams to develop technical designs, budgets, and customer proposals.

• Feed operational insights back into R&D to drive innovation and system improvements.

• Manage documentation, procurement, and handovers to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in anaerobic digestion, wastewater, or energy-from-waste facilities.

• Strong project and financial management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Skilled in procurement, supplier management, and technical delivery.

• A natural leader who builds collaboration and develops team talent.
