Key responsibilities of a Lead Process Engineer:

  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil works.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards.

  • Partner with commercial teams to develop technical designs, budgets, and customer proposals.

  • Feed operational insights back into R&D to drive innovation and system improvements.

  • Manage documentation, procurement, and handovers to ensure smooth operations.
