Are you from a Plumbing, Pipefitting, Facilities, or similar background and looking to step off the tools into a Project Supervisory role with a rapidly expanding Mechanical Engineering company, where you will oversee technically challenging projects, lead a team of skilled Engineers, and benefit from ongoing development and clear progression opportunities?

The company specialises in providing comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Renewable Energy solutions, encompassing design, installation, and maintenance services. Their expertise supports the delivery of complex projects, including listed, heritage, and special-purpose developments throughout Bristol and the South of England.

The role is office and site based and is split between two projects, with overnight stays required roughly once a week. The role involves supervising mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders and partners, maintaining regulatory compliance, and producing documentation and ensuring health and safety is maintained at all points in the role.

This position would suit someone from a Plumbing, Pipefitting, Facilities, or similar background looking to step off the tools into a Project Supervisory role and benefit from ongoing technical development and investment.

The Role:
*Supervise mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
*Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver detailed project documentation.
*Monitor ongoing project progress reporting directly to the Project Manager.

The Candidate:
*Plumbing, Pipefitting, Facilities experience
*Keen to manage and lead a team
*Full UK Drivers Licence
