Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional NPD projects, ensuring new products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project management for new product development initiatives
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Drive collaboration between engineering, design, production, and commercial teams
* Manage risk, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality requirements
* Deliver clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Support continuous improvement in NPD processes and ways of working
About You
* Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment (NPD or similar role)
* Strong knowledge of product development processes and stage-gate methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
* A problem solver with a proactive and collaborative approach
* Proficient in project management tools/software
* Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, APM, PMP) is advantageous
