A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager, to commence a newrole in Bristol.
This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a 150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.
Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.
Unfortunately, a member of staff currently employed by my client have been experiencing health issues and has therefore handed in his noticewith immediate effect. Due to this and the timescales of organising a replacement, my client are happy to consider Freelance, Permanent, and 'Temp to Perm' scenarios.
Additional Information:
- Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager
- Overseeing the Fit-Out elements of several blocks of Student Accommodation
- Managing 6 other members of staff
- Tier 1 Main Contractor and Internals experience is essential
