About the Opportunity:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for two pivotal roles: Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, to deliver a major £150 million multi-phase development in central Bristol. The project consists of four high-rise residential buildings and represents one of the most significant construction schemes currently underway in the South West.

These roles offer the opportunity to join an established, forward-thinking business with a strong project pipeline, modern management approach, and a clear investment in people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the high-rise residential blocks from start to completion

  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, and client interaction

  • Lead on health & safety compliance and quality assurance

  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications

  • Provide leadership and direction to the site team and liaise with stakeholders throughout the build process

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use projects

  • Main contractor background, ideally with Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience

  • Strong knowledge of build programmes, logistics, and stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications (Black/White card preferred)
