Your Remuneration & Full Benefits Package:
- A salary of 65,000 to 70,000, depending on skills and experience.
- A bonus of up to 10%, a pension scheme with a 4% company contribution, and death-in-service cover (4x salary).

What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
You will take full ownership of complex medical device projects, acting as the vital link between key clients and internal multi-disciplinary teams. Your role is to manage senior stakeholder relationships, navigate technical hurdles, and drive commercial success by developing proposals and statements of work. You will ensure these fast-paced, high-value projects are delivered successfully from concept through to manufacturing.
What You'll Need to Apply:
- Proven experience managing multiple medical device development projects.
- Client-facing experience or senior stakeholder reporting with clear, high-level communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience creating bid documents, proposals, or statements of work.
- A background in working with multidisciplinary technical teams (electronics, software, mechanical, design, human factors).
