Position: Project Manager
Location: Bristol
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Up to £48,000 with a £7,000 car allowance and package
We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager for a full time, permanent position based in Bristol
This position will be working for an established FM Company who have some major contracts in the Bristol area.
This Project Manager will be dealing with projects on an M&E bases which can include anything from a full HVAC replacement to a small bathroom replacement
The right person for this position will already have a strong Project Management background in Facilities Maintenance. They will have experience in running multiple projects that could have a value of £3,000 to £100,000. We would also look at Contract or Service Managers for this position
This is an office and field based role, however, the projects will all be based in the Bristol area
Requirements
- Strong background in Facilities Maintenance
- Experience in dealing with commercial refurbishment or installation projects
- Based in a commutable distance to Bristol
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Full UK driving Licence
